Excellent service from beginning to end. Tom and Paul were very straightforward, honest and no nonsense. The car was given a main dealer service and a one year MOT before delivery to my home. When it arrived I couldn't believe how clean it was. Looked as good as new. Delivered with a full tank of petrol and an 18 month warranty. Paul spent as much time as I needed to explain the controls to me and assured me I can call him any time if I had any queries. First time I bought a used car from a dealer and I was dreading it but I had no reason to worry. I would not hesitate to use Pace Cars again and will be recommending them to my friends.

What can I say. Car was as immaculate in the flesh as the pictures. Specific mention to Tom, straight talking friendly gentlemen. Put a 12 month MOT on the car for us even though he didn’t have to. Pointed out small things in the car that could have been a concern if found out later but they wernt as they were very minor. It’s just a real pleasure and relief to find a second hand car trader with the integrity and politeness Tom and pace cars have. Tom is lovely and we felt trustworthy as soon as we met him. The car, a beautiful white Corsa was immaculate inside and out, we new that my 18 year old granddaughter would be pleased with it so we arranged to pick it up the next day. I'm not very computer savvy and couldn't sort out the road tax, text Tom and within a short while it was done, Thank you Tom, nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure or nonsense talk from "a dealer". Tom is nothing like the typical dealer we have heard about in the past . Would I buy from Tom again? absolutely and I would and will recommend him to any friends or family looking for a car .

Good communication, viewed car as agreed, very helpful and went above the call of customer service, we live in Colchester and seller arranged delivery of car to us from Southend. . Car was very good condition and drives great. Sold with 18 months warranty for peace of mind. Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommended. 5 star plus service all round 👍
